Website privacy information

When you contact STX Sailing, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you choose to send. A TourCoral project inquiry may also include your company name. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss your requested services, and keep a record of our communications.

Forms and email

Website inquiries are stored privately and are available to Captain Mike. Cloudflare provides hosting, storage, and human-verification services. When email sending is enabled, our transactional email provider processes the notification and acknowledgement; replies are handled through our Google Workspace mailbox. Please avoid including payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive information in a contact message.

Other services

Reservations, the Charter Planner, social networks, and any merchandise checkout may use separate services and collect information under their own policies. Follow their links to review the information relevant to those services. An inquiry is not a confirmed reservation.

Your information

We keep inquiry information as needed to respond to your request and manage related communications. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry information by emailing mike@stxsailing.com. Captain Mike handles these requests directly.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits, booking clicks and verified payments so we can understand how visitors find us, including Google advertising. Analytics receives transaction identifiers and amounts, but not guest names, emails, phone numbers, payment-card details or private reservation links.
